You’re tired of Googling and still feeling unsure

You want someone to look at your labs + current eating patterns and tell you what matters most for your CKD

FAQs

Do you take insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but many of our clients use their HSA/FSA benefits to cover the CKD Clarity Package. In some states, we can also provide a superbill for potential reimbursement—just ask our team and we’ll guide you through the process.

How is this different from my doctor’s advice?

Your doctor is essential for monitoring your kidney function, but most don’t have the time to dive into nutrition at a personalized level. The advice you get in the clinic is often broad and generic—“watch your protein” or “cut back on salt”—without clear guidance on what that means for your labs, lifestyle, and food preferences.

That’s where we come in. Our dietitians translate your labs and goals into a tailored plan that fits your life, so you know exactly what to eat and why—no guessing, no conflicting advice, no cookie-cutter handouts.

What if I’m not sure this will work for me?

We’ve supported hundreds of clients with CKD. If you commit to the plan we create together, we’ll help you work towards improving your labs, energy, and confidence around food.

“This has been life changing for me. I’ve cried and laughed with Kellsey. I’ve learned so much about nutrition and CKD. I’m eating foods I’d written off as bad or harmful. Foods I love! My labs improved. My weight is down. I’m feeling great!” - Client V
